Our property consists of an elegant 1800s bourgeoise home of 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms; one Cottage and two Apartments; expansive outbuildings containing a superb 17th c Pressoir; Swiss oven room; stables and garage; a huge central courtyard and two acres of gardens and park.

Our situation is on the entrance to a village with easy access to countryside, charming villages, vineyards and the central canal. The area and the people are very warm and hospitable. Driving/traffic are very mangeable,there is very little hustle and bustle.

The business has been operating for 6 years with very good occupancy. Guest are largely English speakers from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, USA, Canada,expats from around Europe and a smattering of French, Swiss, and Germans.

Guests are attracted to Burgundys food wine; cycling; our proximity to Beaune; thecountryside/vineyards; the villages and for peace and quiet.

Income is in excess of 100,000 euros. The price includes most existing furniture and all forward bookings.
