We are working on an essay that contains a considerable amount of knowledge and know how that will be invaluable to people considering entering the tourist trade.
We cannot offer general advice, our knowledge is based only on our own experiences, however we feel that if you read our account and consider each topic then even though your circumstances may be radically different, you will still benefit by considering the topic and thinking about what your approach or solution might be.
